Sightseeing in Shenzhen/China

2 years ago we moved to Shenzhen, situated in the south of Guangdong Province, Mainland China, bordering Hong Kong. Of course, I wouldn't say it is like Hong Kong, but still one of China's 10 most liveable cities.
2 évvel ezelőtt költöztünk Hongkongból a vele szomszédos kínai városba, Shenzhenbe.
In 1980 Shenzhen was designated as the first Special Economic Zone, and one of the fastest growing cities in the world during the 1990s and the 2000s.
Tourists usually come for shopping at Lowu Commercial Shopping Mall, where they can buy cheap copy watches, bags, or anything else...
Well, sometimes I can find some things as well :-))
Tourists also like cheap local food, so they visit the famous Dongmen Food Street...
A turisták szintén kedvelt helye a méltán híres Dongmen Food Street, bizarr ételkínálatával...
And they spend the rest of their day in a spa, that offers everything from sauna to massage and from food to movies.
But.... If someone lives here, there is so much more to explore...
The local market :-))
A helyi piac kínálata :-))
And now I would like to intoduce the city the way I see it...
És akkor most bemutatom a várost úgy, ahogyan itt élve én látom...
Let's start with my favourite places:
Kezdjük a kedvenc látnivalóimmal:
1. Parks and Botanical Gardens in Shenzhen
If you are looking for green spaces, peace and quiet, with relatively fresh air... They are perfect for running, walking, hiking, or doing some other outdoor sports.
The most beautiful one, and my favourite is the Fairy Lake Botanical Garden.
Az összes közül a "Tündér-tó" Botanikus Kert a legszebb, és egyúttal a kedvencem is.
Admission Fee: RMB20
Multifunctional botanical garden, covers an area of 588 hectares
Belépő ára kb. 900Ft
Multifunkcionális park 588 hektárnyi területtel
Opened to the public in 1988
1988-ban nyitották meg a nagyközönség számára
The famous Buddhist Temple (Hongfa Temple) attracts thousands of monks and Buddha followers each year
Egyik legfőbb látnivalója a Hongfa buddhista templom, mely látogatók ezreit vonzza évről évre
The water in the Fairy Lake is from the spring in the Phoenix Tree Peak
A Tündér-tó vize a Phoenix Tree Peak forrásvizéből származik
Of course you can have a pleasant boat trip on the lake
Természetesen csónakázni is lehet rajta
Butterfly Orchid Garden
Pillangó Orchidea kert
If you really would like to see everything, you better spend there the whole day.
The park where I usually run is the Shenzhen International Botanical Garden
A park, ahova járok futni, az a Shenzhen-i Nemzetközi Botanikus Kert.
Covering an area of 660,000 square meters, the park is located in West Zhuzilin.
It has four entrance gates and for the first time it's very easy to get lost...
Futa Pagoda
And the main attraction :-))
És a park fő látványossága :-))
Látogatók Hongkongból :-)
Tough runners :-)
A kemény futó csapat :-)
30 fok, eső, 100% páratartalom...
Lian Hua Shan Park
Deng Xiaoping Statue
(He was the leader of China from 1976 until his retirement in 1992.)
(A Kínai Népköztársaság tényleges vezetője, kínai gazdasági reformok úttörője.)
Flower exhibition
Kite
Tai Chi and Dance Classes early in the morning, this was very interesting for me...
